I would give this a 0/5 stars if I could. Not only were the staff cold and not friendly at all, the food was disgusting I had to waste almost all of my order. The puffs were so hard on the outside I could barely bite into it, but somehow they were still raw on the inside and not to mention the amount of oil in the bottom of the box. I was also told it would be a 5minute wait, but it ended up being over 30minutes for 2 packs of 12. To add, after my order was taken the female worker went and sat on the floor while my friend was still standing and waiting to order. Once a place I loved, but after this horrendous experience I’m hesitant to return.

After our experience at the Sawmill Haunted House, we stopped by at here to have Apple Cinnamon puffs with a hot chocolate, and it turned out to be a lovely delight. The service was good. The guy was very polite. The sitting area was kept clean and tidy. If you want to warm yourself, then this is the place. 😄

It’s like a miniature version of a beaver tail. It was enjoyable but something I wouldn’t go out of my way for. Entering the store has a really weird smell, and the waitresses have a lot of attitude. They are not willing to help and prior to serving our food, they were wiping their side/armpit area swiping something off which didn’t seem really sanitary for us.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had a dessert/café spot. David made it a seamless time in helping me pick the ideal flavours, and carried himself confidently and with energy. The food is always elite from Mr. Puffs, tastes even better than it looks!

I asked for extra icing, and at first, they laughed at me and said it was not possible. However, I showed them the Uber Eats option where it clearly showed it was possible. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they got mad and dipped the puffs in icing. Throughout the encounter, they continued arguing and talking back. It was a really bad service experience. I have been to other Mr. Puffs locations before, and this is the first time I’ve had such a horrible experience.

Very happy people working here. Ex Ellenton freddo cappuccino, pomegranate ice tea and peach ice tea were very refreshing. Air conditioning is not very effective.

Mr. Puffs staff are really nice! I have never been to the store in person but I’ve been ordering online the puffs boxes for a while now. The boxes always arrive nicely packaged and with cute notes! Which I really appreciate! sometimes even got a donuts gifts! Oh! And the puffs are so tasty and fresh! Thank you for your nice service guys! 💚

My children love coming here, which is why I have ordered from this location several times. I have also found the staff to be friendly and attentive. As for the taste, imagine a better quality Timbit with different sauces depending on the flavour that you order. Of course, if you are looking for a fancy dessert, this may not be the place for you. Remember, this is a puff store after all! If you want to have a fun family outing, however, this place is pretty good, with the flavours appealing to children.
